• We entertain refund claims and issue a full refund on items buyers bring to us in undamaged, new, unopened conditions, and it is essential to return products within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for contacting our customer support to receive an RMA they will put on the package as they prepare it for a return.
• The return cost of the product is the buyer’s responsibility unless a written agreement exists from Supreme Power Products stating otherwise.
• The returned product needs to be accompanied by an invoice with the date of sale.
• A refund claim will not be entertained for any items that are used, damaged, or deformed.
• Prior to the issuance of a refund, items will be thoroughly inspected.
• A return is possible only for special order items in case of a manufacturer’s defect.
• We charge a 25% restocking fee for all items that can be returned except in cases where our mistake results in a return.
• It is essential to make sure that any loss or damage is reported to Supreme Power through email before claiming a refund. We do not entertain a refund request and/or an exchange of products that were used or not in original packaging.
