Shipping Policy

• We deliver products to both domestic (United States) and overseas locations.
• The anticipated shipping costs are determined by the shipping provider selected and the availability of items.
• The shipping costs will depend on the selected shipping provider and the products’ availability.
• Using TNT Express Shipping for shipping international orders is at our discretion.
• Additional charges may accrue in case of expedited shipping upon request.
• The buyer has to take care of the brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international orders.

Returns Policy

• Returns can be made within 14 days of the product delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for contacting us to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, and remember that the number should be clearly mentioned on the return package.
• The return shipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise declared in writing format by Supreme Power Products.
• Any returned item should be in the original packaging, without any signs of usage, and in original condition to be eligible for a refund (delivery cost will be deducted).
• There will be no refund offered for used or damaged products and products with unoriginal packaging.
• Special order items can be returned only in the case of a manufacturer defect.
